Health scoring methodology

Equipment health is a governed 0 to 100 score produced from live sensor evidence, threshold state, recent captures, fault history and reliability rules. Higher scores indicate better health; Pending means no valid timestamped health record is available.

Bands: Good 80 to 100; Moderate 60 to 79; Poor 40 to 59; Critical 1 to 39; Pending when no valid timestamped health record exists.
